It IS difficult to make these types of things, however if you promise monthly updates (I am a patron and a large number of others are) then you absolutely can complain about the lack of content

A ton of creators go on long hiatuses and most of them aren't as communicative as this stream is. Yes, some people are reading for free and some people are paying but, regardless of your situation, coming into comment threads to attack people and telling them that they're "the reason why games die" just makes you a terrible person and what's wrong with this community.

TLDR; Everyone is entitled to their opinion and shouldn't be attacked for it. Saying "If you don't like it, you try doing it" is a stupid deflective argument that people who have nothing better to contribute say to try and make themselves feel good. It's been a year without updates, let people complain and stop white knighting for a group that doesn't know you exist
