Super fun game! I always like a hotline miami style game, great fun and great juice, awesome job. I love shooting guys in orange!

the pixel filter and the fact that it puts you in fullscreen by default gives me quite the headache, however. It's a style and filter that feels like it'd suit an old CRT way better than my monitor.

Really cool, I like how you're given no information but the puzzles sort of gently guide you along, it's a puzzle game that's soothing for the mind. Cute art and music as well, has a fun vibe.

Haha what a funny game, I love the comic book tongue and cheek action of the cutscenes, super cool vibe!

Gameplay is short and simple which is fine cause the style carries this game really well, great job (:

I only mentioned the thumbnails cause people might skip over the game and miss out on it cause the thumbnail doesn't look very intetesting, which is pretty unfortunate

this is a really fun game to run around as silly little rats who are stuck to each other, it's really cute and the story and narration is so lovely, I like that it continues throughout the game, so I feel so connected to these rodent brethren. 

You can also do a little leap frog thing with the mice to make it look like you're a pair of walking shoes which is brilliant simply brilliant

I would really like more levels! I wanna see all the cool things I can do as cojoined rats! I YEARN! but I also get that this is a game jam and you gotta make sacrifices

I think you should make more games, I think that will give you some great practice! (Don't be in a jam only if you want to win and nothing else though, you gotta enjoy yourself and be proud of the work you put into your projects)

a really cute vibe, I like the idea of controlling two dudes at the same time (:  there's some really good content in this game

The levels are a bit confusing to me though, it's kind of annoying to navigate a maze that's shooting arrows at you all the time without knowing where exactly you're supposed to go. also clicking isn't a great thing to have to do if you already have one hand on wasd and one on the arrow keys.

but overall, very cute and I would love to see more

2 notes: call it something else cause spruceberth is too much of a mouthful, like it's sawdust in my mouth. and cut that final monologue about why you don't think you did as well as you could, you gotta own what you make and don't owe an explanation to nobody

Sometimes things need to be explained a little more clearly, and it felt like I had to figure out how the game worked on my own kind of.  Maybe instead of telling the player what you do, you should show them with examples and visuals, that would definitely have helped me.

still though, I really like this game and it's very cool execution!

(also u need a better thumbnail cause the current one is pretty boring ngl and doesn't communicate how cool the game is)

This is so creative, I love that the map is the shark's mouth I would never have been able to come up with that! Also one of the best uses of the theme, excellent job (:

With a mouth like this, just imagine what a bite mark from this dude looks like in an sandwich! I know I sure imagine it...

The only thing I think could be improved is that maybe the last few levels could have another mechanic  or something added to them to keep things fresh, but dang I really like how creative this game is already

gosh I feel really bad I couldn't play this! In the first level I couldn't find a way to go anywhere, I was just blocked by walls and rocks. Which is a mega shame because the screenshots look like there's so much more and I wanted to see what this game has to offer! Aiieeee I am so sad ):

If I couldn't tell where I'm supposed to go despite trying everything, it might be a good idea to point the player in the correct direction more directly cause golly I can't seem to find a way out

The graphics and technical aspects of this look like they fit super well in a game, hopefully you can flesh it out into a more complete game and dissect a manatee (: I know I'm looking forward to that

I feel like I am playing luigi in hit game new super mario bros for the nintendo wii and I am slipping and sliding and completely out of control. what a silly game, please make more (:

I love just a simple tower defense game with so much love put into the art and the voice acting and the fun style of it. this is so cool and I loved it when patsy turned to the camera and said my lord, they have a SYMBIOTIC relationship! It is... SYMBIOSIS, if you will ... (o_o) that's really funny (:

this is really an incredible game, the level design is really really good, you get to mess around with the mechanics a lot that's so cool! Who did the sound effects? that's some stellar voice acting that drives you mad when you die at the exact same point 50 times in a row.  Definitely one of my favorites of the jam (:

This game is spectacular, I love that I can move rocks around and throw them at birds. definitely in my top 5 rock mechanic games.

The art is also splendid and the vibes of this game are immaculate, that's so coool yippeeee (:

I only wish I could pick up that darned third key ;-;  please lmk when you fix that I am so desperate to know what's in that square rock
