I need to evolve to AncientIrismon from Lilimon which requires SPD and high discipline. How do I increase the discipline with praising and scolding dynamic?

Thanks for the tips. As your suggestion, I've reset my progress and a bit relief as now I've learned to not overfeed my digimon.Can you recommend what should I do next? For now I just keep training and battling to gain bits. And what should I do to avoid care mistakes? My digimon is Vegiemon, resulting from a Palmon with 5 care mistakes. Now I got 0 mistakes but I feared that I may repeating mistakes that I never realized before.
Hi! I'm a newbie,playing the latest version of this game. I wished to evolve my digimon into certain digimon, but there's no way I can find the requirements guide online. They said that I should purchase the D-Terminal, but it's way too expensive 馃ゲ (15k bits). Battle only rewards some 20-30 bits which is not enough to buy food to feed my digimon and now I'm out of food 馃ゲ. With only a few bits left in my credits, there's no way I can afford to buy both food and the D-Terminal 馃ゲ. Can you please consider to put the guide online, or please lowered the price of the D-Terminal, or at least increase the bits reward. I'm really broke now.
