I'm someone who has also helped rape victims in and out of court in the face of their pedophile rapist. I have actual grueling experience with people standing up against their abusers and suffering the court process even if they're the victims. I would know a thing or two about what rape is or isn't.

But what perplexes me is if the author or his work itself has ever directly harmed you? If this is upsetting you then just drop the VN. Disengage from it, get yourself as far away from it. AHJ has its own spaces, we're not taking up any of yours, so just be happy on your corner because we certainly are being in ours. If you really are someone who is abused then why do you insist to pick on this VN very specifically when its author is minding his own business and has never even tried to directly do anything to anyone, not to you either? Did the VN target you specifically for harm? Or are you just trying to trigger yourself? 

Is this fun to you? It's not fun to anyone. We're telling you to disengage because nothing in this discussion so far will get anything anywhere. You're wasting your time, you're wasting ours, and if you really are directly hurt by this VN then post your fucking proof or just touch grass somewhere.

You pulling out the "im abused" card with all of your arguments so far is not a W for you, either in the eyes of anyone seeing this or even in a court setting.

Good thing no one listens to you. Rape is bad sure, but what's even worse is you just labelling things that aren't rape as rape. You'll only ever be seen as a problem or irritant than actually getting something done. Mayhaps try to touch grass instead. :)

what's so hard to understand is why you refuse to learn how to comprehend what you read while singling out this VN for your accusations. You have been in this tirade for so long and yet this is the only VN you keep crying about, and this VN doesn't even have the content you're crying about.

Go on another VN with actual noncon in it and leave us alone. And if you do, let's see how people there react to you crying too, because fyi reading comprehension is a thing when it comes to literature.

actually i have a follow up question

to establish context i want to release my first practice VN with the goal of gaining experience and i was recommended this jam by unagi.
the VN will indeed be a romance/drama...

but the initial chapters won't be that... because the main couple will only be introduced to each other on the very last scene at the end of the demo.

the initial chapters, which is the one i intend to submit to the jam is... not romance themed... it's drama. Very abusive and bloody drama. @w@ 

is that grounds for disqualification?

I was working on my own VN and this jam was suggested to me, but I was wondering if only standalone VNs are accepted or if VNs meant to be bigger and longer projects also acceptable?

If not a VN discord server how's about a telegram chat just to talk about the VN? ^^;
The reason why I'm asking is mostly because aside from itch I'm not entirely sure where the discourse and enthusiasm for the VN is funneling into. And this VN already has a channel that people just can't exactly comment on. That and it also feels a bit strange that the main places the VN is talked about is in the servers of other VNs... ^^;
