For some reason the game doesn't start up for me, and when it does it freezes on the loading screen (Never crashes though)

and the one time it did load past all that, the main menu girl's hair stood up all crazy like and it crashed

Any ideas on what might be going on with it?

This game is easily one of my favorite story based NSFW games
