I'm afraid that, while it will eventually be possible to creampie the witches when playing as a masculine protag, there are no plans to include impregnation.

At this time, our focus is on being able to finish and launch the full version of this game, the base of which does not have futa or trans content. That said, the intended sequel to this game does prominently feature a trans romance option and we are very much open to telling a multitude of stories. We just have to finish this one first.
