I'm not sure if anyone has mentioned it but I believe the game might have a frame rate issue? My monitor can display 240 fps and when I first started playing the game would randomly speed up very fast or suddenly go extremely slow. The only way I fixed it was by going into my actual Nvidia settings and locking the game to 60 fps which even after that it is still occasionally stuttering but no where near as bad.
