It's a valid opinion to have and yet from checks they all had a very similar facial basis, what made them more "unique" was their character and clothing emphasing their personnality.

It's mostly a cosmetic choice to make them pop a bit more in their setting as I am taking a step back from full on Fantasy to something more urban

While my income is an issue right now, I'd take working on something I love and getting new people in over working on a basis that doesn't please me.

If income was my purpose, I'd play on what sells, not what's fun to me friend.

I'll answer the two recent posts in one

The game isn't dead yet, but it's clearly on a large hiatus, I don't have much to communicate about it just yet, though know that I updating my usual work tools to resume work within the first trimester of 2026!

Hey, I'm still around, I'm sorry for not posting much, I just don't have that much I can really talk about as most of the things happening to me are just part of my personnal life

I understand your worry but I don't ask money, I'm awful at accepting gifts, and I don't like leaving the impression that I only do things out of greed.

My patreon is still up because my current income is low, too low to do much in life actually, though it is low because I REALLY slowed down my workflow.

My point being that I never hid the fact that I want to work on something I know I feel passionate about, and passion about anything in my life right now and over the last 3 years has been on very short supply, hence why updates take too long, I don't want to rely on AI to pump me a script out and to do the render posing for me, hence why the game is in this state of bubble, waiting to continue but not sure where to go.

What I can safely say is that, it can take 2 weeks like it can take 5 years, my games will get their full story and get the ending I want for them.

The only time I put a "paywall" is on Betas which are on Itch.io and Patreon, but the game itself here is free, which isn't even available for any other project than Project: Jericho

For now just press "Ignore", it's just the game being unable to display a "fade" effect, a Ren'py update changed the way this is processed hence why it's now an issue!

Eh, technically all you need to do is modify every line in script containing the error it isn't really hard as it only requires to remove a few words from it.

But considering the error happens a few times at the beginning and then stops, you can just press "Ignore" everytime it pops up

Oh I just found where the issue lies, it's basically an issue with Ren'py being updated over the years, code that used to go through the net's holes no longer pass, so I had to adjust the code, thanks for the report!

Please don't apologize, you guys, by that I mean my community is amazing, I wouldn't be able to find a better crowd, memelords, shortstacks enjoyers and overall nice folk, it's basically lucid Paranoïa from me haha, I know that it holds no basis, but perhaps you may know that feeling if you're creating something for an audience but the feeling to always have to please, to do better is a heavy one and one that I'll never shed off, it does keep me grounded to feel bad about taking a lot of time!

And I appreciate the kind comments I really do, I began working because I wanted people to find something nice to make them feel a bit of joy, a bit of sadness sometimes anger but y'know, to feel something and if I hit the mark, then I'm happy that I hit my mark!
