This game is really memorable to me, the concept is really striking and the gameplay is so clever!! You've got something really cool here. The style reminds me of Limbo a bit, I'm a big fan of how you've executed the design. The mechanics are pretty intuitive too once you get the first level down. Really well done!
I can't lie, I am terrible at 2D platformers.
This game is wonderful! I haven't played a game with this mechanic before, it's really quite clever. The goat is adorable, too. I found the controls a little finicky, but this may be a skill issue haha. The narrative is lovely, and fits well with the theme of the game. I also think the intro is a really intuitive way to explain the insanity mechanic. Great work (especially within the time constraints!!)
Your intro is lovely btw, before I talk about the game.
What a first impression, very flashy animations and style, the camera shakes were a great touch. Love the character design, the music is perfect. I had a glitch, though, which prevented me from progressing further in, which was a shame as I was hooked into the gameplay! I was unable to pass through the first downwards barrier, instead having audio spam as I held the down arrow and space. The camera did move a bit sharp when I moved left and right, but that is really my only complaint about the controls. With a bit of polish, this game would be a real spectacle!
I didn't manage to get too far, as I couldn't get the controls to work as I wanted, I'm afraid. I think this is quite ambitious for the time limit, and I'm impressed by the amount of features! I like the sound effects, and I think some music would have elevated the game. The game fits nicely into the theme of isolation, good work!
I like it! The writing is comedic and the characters look pretty good. The battle with the fire character felt pretty intuitive and engaging, though I don't think the melee works as intended, else it's a skill issue and I need to get good. Very cool, considering the time constraints, though I'm not getting the theme of isolation!
