for the love of god , i cant gift Everett , I have only 3 likes with him and when I go visit him in camp , the gift option just isnt there, I have the possible gifts in my inventory but I just dont have the option to gift him, also I saw him with Gooner in market at night and Ive also did the Dulrig quest with golems.

I just dont know What to next, any ideas ?

To be honest I dont remmember but i can have fun with him so i think i blackmailed him, anyway im gonna try to meet him on those days. 

Hello Ive been trying for Months now to get the gifts for Everett unlocked. Ive completed northcrest conspiracy long time ago , i roamed the streets at night i saw Everett and Booner a hundred times now and still nothing.  No talk options with him or Dulrig. Also somehow i cant trigger the Emerine quest to get Dulrig to come with me to Munbury (i have 5 emerines in inventory) Im just lost at This point
