I See the thunbails, WOW, I see Rogue WOW, I see the content WOW, I'm LIKE DAMN I love it already!
I don't know if I was so hyped up that I couldn't help but be disappointed. First of all, I saw that I don't have the same visuals as on the screenshots. I don't know if it's just me or if there was a problem during the web export, which wouldn't surprise me. The game is very easy overall, perhaps with the reduce field of vision effect, it would have been better yes. I spent more time wandering around endlessly than actually encountering any difficulties. There is definitly a big potential, but I think it should be a bit faster or with a smaller map, it killed the fun for me.
Don't get me wrong, I'm just giving my opinion on what I think would improve the game. It's still good, you had a lot of ambition with a very broad scope, and managing to do that during a game jam is already an achievement. Well done!
Cool concept, the potential is definitly here, visuals are great, the game is beautiful especially for a game jam. I did play a bit to see if there was something deeper, unfortunately, the difficulty scaling is not forthcoming while we keep going up in score. It's sad for the whistle but jams are hard, It happens. Great job !
I really liked your game and it's fun. I don't usually like platform games, but I was pleasantly surprised. I really liked the concept, it makes the gameplay both cerebral and mechanical, which goes very well with the theme and the object. BUT, I have to be honest with you, I think the graphics are very poor, I hope that doesn't cause it to be judged unfairly before being played.
Anyway, Excellent job! And if you do more, I'll play it again :D ! And I think a leaderboard with a timer, for 'speedrun' would be top.
Btw, I have a bug or this is the end of the game ? I kept getting the game freezed here :
Oh, physics... I think that's the aspect that was most sloppy in my game. I had so many ideas to implement, and I learned the hard way.
I was confident at the beginning that I could make the models entirely during the jam because I do a bit of 3D, but I spent all Sunday telling myself that I should have done 2D and a simpler game to start with because even worse it was my easiest gameplay idea I had with this theme...
In any case, thank you for your comments. It was to put myself in a rush that I did a jam, and I got what I wanted, haha
Chill game, cute visual and sound effect. The only thing to me is that I think we have to wait too long before it gets tough/interesting and at first, I thought that the frozen friends we freed would act like a snake mechanic and therefore add to the difficulty. I think that could have been fun. Anyway, well done, it's fun to play!
Stuning, the visuals, sound effect, clean gameplay concept and this is well polished also! Magnificient job
The only thing is, you can ‘cheat’, which takes away some of the ‘flavour’ in my opinion. I don't know if it's wanted or not, but you don't need to stop time to move pieces, so by fiddling with the pieces while the others are in motion, you end up adjusting everything because it's a closed cycle. Anyway it could also be a way for someone who is stuck to make progress as well.
