the physics on the character controller are excellent. love how he gets tripped up by bumps and stuff. and the pole vaulting is a lot of fun.

No it should play the video around 30 fps and the game should be at least that. That's odd that it runs slow on mac...

Would be cool to see other games like this, I think there is a lot that can be done with simple games like this. If you put anything up send me a link.
