You can fix the cameras by holding the R key 

In the office there are colored notes read them left to right and click the colored buttons in the same order

The gallery unlocks look like magazines with red covers that spawn in random rooms on any night you have to click on them and then beat that night to get the scene, I don't think the different plushies are in the game yet though, hope this helps!
