Thank you so much for playing! I am a semi aquatic animal larper as well, don't worry HAHA

Thank you so much! I'm glad you think so. Thank you for playing my game :D

Thank you so much! The beavers are quite sneaky.

That's a great point - in a future build i'll see how I can tie the minigame more thematically to the rest of it! The original idea was that it supported the late-stage capitalist lore: to earn pulls to save you from debt, you're tasked with "training" AI bots for hours on end lol. In its current state though I can definitely see how it just come off as "haha beaver"

Thank you for playing!

The music is great, I couldn't believe it was CC0- it really helps the it together! Thank you for playing :)

MY LITTLE GUYS!! NO!!!!!!! This was very fun and charming!

Really great concept. My brain is super small so I couldn't get very far but I had a great time

THIS WAS SO FUN! Agree with the other comments that the first fight is really hard but once you figure it out, it's super duper fun. BEE FTW! (also my favourite bug in real life)

Really enjoyable game, the russian roulette mechanic was simple but cool and the visuals are really nice :D

This is a BLAST to play, it's really silly and fun. Every time I die it makes me giggle. Amazing game!

This is so clever and cool! The tile rotation mechanic is really interesting (shouldve grabbed a pen and paper like suggested lmao but i got lazy) and that timing based mechanic is sick. Really great work!

Hi! It's actually so cool that you actually worked for a company that makes the slotgame animations. Might've referenced your work without knowing

I definitely agree that the time balancing needs some work and the captchas do get old fast. I'll keep this in mind for the final: I already have some fun ideas on how to make the slots animations even flashier

Thank you for playing!

Thank you so much for the kind words! There's a glitch regarding spam clicking captchas that I'll look into, thank you for the report! I'll also look into the disappearance of the housing slots (though it may just be unlucky rng, lol)

Thank you for playing!!

SO TRUE

Thank you so much for the kind words!! I'm glad the frustration / "but gambling is so fun" push and pull comes through HAHA

There are now gambling sound effects! I'm kicking myself for taking so long to implement them: they're so essential to the sitting-for-12-hours in a casino experience

You were so right on the audio and game feel. I've given sound designing a try and it's in the newest patch. Thank you for the suggestion!

I've added audio in this newest update! Thank you for the suggestion and encouragement :) It's so much better now!

Thank you for the catch! I did an oopsie type error and that's been fixed now. Thank you for your dilligence in checking LOL
I've also added audio! You and the many other people encouraging me got me to muster the courage to try sound designing for the first time, and it turned out pretty good. Thank you for playing!

Thank you so much!! Some juicy VFX would definitely bring this to the next level

Super duper charming, and the intro is hysterical. I got soft locked when the balloon clown took my beybl- I mean, office worker spinning top off the table into oblivion. With some more time to polish this would be a hit!

The controls are so annoying but the silliness   seriousness really made up for it. Very cute game with a fun concept! Reminds me a little of office chair curling

LOL THIS IS SO FUN, harder to play than expected (I have a giant monitor which lowkey nerfed me). 10/10 spun to win

Don't worry, me neither :p Thank you for playing! I 100% agree. Audio design is my weakest point but I'm gonna see if I can sneak in some placeholder sounds before the change deadline closes tonight!

Really cute game! You did fantastic for your first ever game ever! It was fun running around eating all the little guys and the buildings. Super satisfying!

Very much a spin to win game!! You nailed the atmosphere: it's very tense and cool. I didn't understand how to aim until I went on your steam page and saw the gif: maybe change the center point to a crosshair shape would help. Really cool, very hard. I like it!

you could do this with the slot machine before too LMAOOOO the exploit potential of quitting to the main menu is endless! thank you for playing and learning about giant rodents!

What beavers look like will forever remain a mystery...

Thank you for playing! For sure, juicy sound effects would add so much. I'm gonna see if I can sneak some in during the bug fixing period but if not, that'll be priority #1 after the jam finishes!

It is so hard... how are there so many animals that look like beavers??

Thank you for playing!

there are 22!! with more to be added

I'M SO SORRY

thank you so much! inscription was definitely a huge inspiration. we'll definitely check out your game!

thank you for the super kind and helpful comment!! we've had big issues with timing and the general dialogue system, so your super specific feedback is really useful. thank you!

your kind words means so much to us!! our sound designer had wanted to design for a horror game for forever. we will definitely complete it with a few more days!

thank you so much!! we'll try and get it fixed asap (hopefully before the voting period is over)

thank you for the kind words!! as soon as there is a break in our schedules we will definitely finalize it!!

thank you for the kind words!! :D

Thank you so much for the kind words! Sett cooked so dang hard with the illustrations as usual. And I'm so glad you had fun!! Hopefully when life isn't as hectic, we'll be able to expand on it :D

Thank you so much!!

Thanks! GG WP!!

(1 edit)

Thank you so much! We spent a lot of time making the systems for levels and definitely ran out of time actually making the levels lol... we are planning on expanding it a little after the jam so perhaps it will be a decent length then :D
