I have thought of a requiem ability for my stand:

Requiem Ability: The Foot Requiem/ The Athlete Requiem can phase through solid objects around it, giving it unlimited space for its speed to increase. 

I had an idea for a custom stand:

Name: The Foot/The Athlete

Power: B

Speed: Zero

Range: C

Durability: C

Precision: A

Potential: B

Ability: A short range stand that can move as fast as possible with the space it has to move. If there is enough speed it can surpass time itself. 

Note: The effects of the stand happen to the user as well.
