Thanks for the feedback! Yeah, the game has some collision issues and there's a scaling issue on most browsers for some weird-ass reason(i can't even find a reason for it on da internet). I will DEFINITELY fix the collision issues after the jam and maybe i will find a way to fix the scaling one

And yes that is a scaling issue, on some browser it scales incorrectly but not in google

I like this game! But there are a few things i like to mention:
the top down collision is a little broken
pixel art is blurry which really breaks the NES feel
combat is harf cuz no invincibility frames and attack is too smol.

other than that its a good game!

i didn't progress much sadly, but i can tell that this game is great from the beginning! I like how arrows work here instead of just flying straight, and ofc i was stuck at climbing for the first time but i learned about it through comments

Love the puzzles here even tho i didn't progress much. Spritework is good and feels like a NES game.  Tho i think the main character is too fast for his own good

This game is pretty fun! I think the controls should be improves aswell as the graphics. but the core idea is good!

The first ever side scroller where we don't have a jump button. But i like the grappling hook more than jump here actually. It can drop you into pits but i experience no frustration from that

The art is also great, nailed the NES feel

very cool game! Love the gameplay and the art. Nailed the nes feel btw. And i love how such a simple concept of getting launched by goats can be a clever puzzle element

i didn't even see the face thing on the screenshots which is sad(

but i can definitely see LOTS and LOTS of potential in this, if this is ever gonna be finished it will be a great game

from what is here i really like the gameplay. The venom-ass thing in the back is also badass. THo i think graphics could use more work to look like an actual NES game

The controls took some time to get used to, but once you actually GET used to it the game becomes really fun!

I got to be the werewolf ONCE and i was immediately killed while trying to learn how he works

aside from that the game really nailed the NES feel and the gameplay is great. One thing i dont like is that weapons can run out and ya can't do shit abt it

Loved the gameplay and how with each lost limb the gameplay becomes more hard.  The art and music are also great. Good stuff
