This thread is for things that break.
Before you post:
- Say which copy you are on. The itch launchers install current GitHub main (0.10.x). If you checked out 0.9.12 on purpose, say that.
- OS and how you started it (start.bat, start.sh, or from a clone).
- What you did, what you expected, what happened.
- If the UI showed an error, paste it.
- If a turn or a save went wrong, say the location / NPC / item involved. Do not dump a whole world export unless I ask.
One bug per post if you can. Feature requests can go in a different thread.
I will not chase “the narrator wrote a weird sentence” unless it also changed the save (inventory that is not there, a person who should be dead, a shop that moved). Those are engine bugs. Prose slop is a model problem.
If it only happens with a local 8B, say which model. If it happens with a cloud API too, say that. Specifics matter.
