I play on Android, and I don't get any error messages, the visual novel downloads fine but when I touch any option at the start it kicks me out

I have a problem, I don't know if it happens to anyone else, but when I try to start a new game it instantly kicks me out, all any start option and it kicks me out and I've already tried deleting the file and downloading.             

Tengo un problema,no se si a alguien más le pase , pero cuando intento empezar una nueva partida me saca al instante, todo cualquier opción del inicio y me saca y ya probé borrando el archivo y descargandolo de nuevo,descarga todos los assest pero en si no puedo iniciar una nueva partida
