figured out how to get to Garr7c who is in the water area, first you gotta go onto this platform thing next to the subterfuge room and then run forward, you should be able to get on to a little area that has a big red button.. pressing it should open one of those big gray gates and its the one thats submerged underwater, go through it and you should be able to find the blue button which I THINK unlocks the gate that locks the green button, i dont know because when i press the blue button it makes noise but it doesnt go down or seemingly effect anything so my game may be bugged but in that area with the blue button there is a hole that contains garr7c, i dont remember which one but i do know that theres a different hole that leads to some weird "sturm birthday" room which when you exit resets the whole water area so be careful i guess,,, when i find that green key ill post about it
