just because an aro character is fictional doesn't mean that you can remove his aromanticity. but, as long as you aren't saying HE loves you (which is weird in the first place, due to the fact that he is a cat, and you are a human,) i think you're fine. fictional crushes are allowed to exist, as long as you don't take them too far.
