Guys I have managed to get my Mc pregnant twice. What you have to do is have sex with no condom and have them not pull out also have your fertility to max in difficulty I dont think it really matters if you follow the moon fertility app. You have to try this for a few in-game days and you'll get a tiered negative stat thing if you pass time and stand still for a while then go get some pregnancy test from the pharmacy at the plaza. You'll need to have sex more than once so set up a bunch of booty calls day after day. This is how I got it I kinda just spammed any type of sex option and made my partner or whoever to not pull out. You could also change the person you are sleeping with Inclinations to have a breeding kink so they would be more optimistic of having sex with no condom. I apologize for my punctuation or any spelling issues.

It would be cool to see the pregnancy in our characters' stats just to see how far along they are. I get that we get descriptions, but it feels like I'm guessing at what my character looks like.

The abortion option disappeared after my PC had her first baby, and now that option doesn't pop up for the second one. I've also noticed I can't tell anyone I'm pregnant with the second baby.

There are in-game pregnancy tests at the plaza pharmacy, but you can also go to the clinic. I was just looking around tbh
