You need to be on pc or computer and then click download. After clicking download, and confirming it, you head to wherever you have the download and then right click it. When you do that, find and click "Extract all" and wait. After it's done, (you can delete the zip version if you want) click the one that doesn't have a zip on it, then click it until you see "index". Click index and you're good :3

I have some questions. Firstly, if I already had the game beforehand, then it got updated, do I uninstall the one I had? Or do I install the new update? Secondly, what are some stuff you can do in cheer leading and the other sports? Thirdly, how do I go to the game? Fourthly, how do I join a sorority/frat house?
