I have heard that, yes, but at the same time, certain publishers are consistently able to get this sorta thing onto steam, and even Saya no Uta managed to get published on there. I never in a million years thought that was ever gonna get greenlit.

It's funny, cause there are other edgy rpgmaker/wolfrpg type games with similar content on steam already, makes me wonder what they did different in order to get accepted on that platform.

Nice to see that you're still making interesting indie games. I remember finding Within A Deep Forest and Kyntt Stories maybe like 2 decades ago and man I loved both of those games to death. Those games, and by extension you, will always have a special place in my heart.

If you can't give out refunds then you should just give free steam keys to people who've already purchased it. I would highly suggest you do that unless you want to ruin your reputation and never buy anything you make in the future. Don't be short sighted and greedy.
