Thanks for playing and the feedback.

Yes the beam needs finetuning, between the rooms it seems it hit the collider which I thought it was weird as the layer was not targeted in the raycast..

The tv was also shootable and would count as bonus stuff which could unlock things perhaps..

Glad you enjoyed it, also that you took the time to go around twice 😅

Thanks for the feedback!

(1 edit)

Thanks for playing! The laserbeam had a max distance set up.. maybe I need to show it better, maybe with an outline on the targets.

Thanks for the kind words.

Yeah the intention was actually more in the sense that the target were going to be hidden and pop up when the player was approaching.

Also I wanted to make different world in each room, but time was running out 😅

Thanks for the feedback!

Yeah the laser did weird things when entering a room as it seem it was hitting the collider, while the layer was nog targeted, I did not have time anymore to finetune it.

Not first time WebGL gets in the way, another thing to learn 😅

Thanks for the kind words.

Yes, the idea was to make the targets be hidden and pop when needed, but time was running out, lighting was hard 😅

Thanks for playing

thanks for playing! And congrats on your victory 😅

thanks for playing!

Yes AI needs some polish, lost quite some time on it and left it for now 😅

thanks for playing and glad you had fun!

good idea dimming the music, but in the real game the music also stops without knowing when.. 😁 I feel this makes it more exiting. I was in doubt though so I understand this point, extra playtesting will make it clear I guess ☺️

Thanks for playing and for the feedback!

Yes, limited scope for jam, but game has potential I think 😁

Glad you liked it

I had 100% Lost in action the first run :D the ice was melting too quick :p

Very nice game, nice visuals.

You did manage to upload something, which is already a great effort.. I also struggled a lot finding a good balance with the day to day job, and with the little guys running around here.  Keep on trying, you will get there.

Could it be at my end, but I did not hear any music or sound?

Nice idea.

Based on the cover image, I HAD to try the game! :p

It was fun for a bit, but the gun was not really effective against the machine.

Nice SFX though and it made me smile.

The intro music, made me smile instantly :D

Nice survival game. I sank with first hit, maybe that is too rough :p

Great stuff!

I liked the game, the music was nice during the attacks, the transition of the lights were attractive.

There was a scaling issue while playing full screen though.

And the game froze after wave 3 while I clicked on a x on the ground.

Funfact, I was going to use the same asset packs in my Dancing Chairs game (play on the deck of the ship, but it was going to be too small, so I dropped the pack unfortunately).

Sadly I don't have a Mac, I wanted to play my competitors game :p Come and play mine if you have some time ^^

Unfortunately I was not able to play the game. The game did twice identicaly the same, my character was running away from AI and stopped at same spot twice.. Nice art though.

wooow that is completely different then my Musical chair game.. The AI was a bit aggresive though. Mine was too soft, lol.

@joytrix, yours is really different though, but I liked it, speed is key here :D

thanks for playing and thanks for the positive feedback!

thanks for playing! Glad you liked it.

Yes it definitely needs some improvement. A thought I had was to decrease de play area.

me too 😱 what are the odds 😅

glad you liked it

thanks for playing, glad you like it!

thanks for playing !

yeah, it happens 😅 detection needs some tweaking 🙈

Thanks for playing and for the feedback.

Yes, the game lacks a tutorial or some extra info in the how to, but unfortunately I ran out of time.

And yes, it was a design choice to only allow jumping, once the music stops playing (which is when the players needs to go sit (in this game stand though) on a chair in the Musical Chairs game. If I did not prevent this, you would be able to go stand on the chair immediately, which was too easy..

The better solution for this would imply implementing some kind of penalty system, which would have, as an example, prevent the player for jumping for x sec, but this will be for a next iteration as the scope was set for the jam ☺️

good rogue like try. but bit hard to dodge the incoming projectiles

I don't really get the relationship with thet theme, but it was a fun survival game.

Interactions were not working great.. almost broke my space bar :D

Good idea though.

great

My click finger hurts :D great game.

I really have no clue what I am suppose to do.. It seems only wasd and mouse were working. None of other key press seem to do anyting.

As mentionned on the itch page:

Had fun and got a smile on my face seeing the simple but yet nice gameplay. Great stuff!

Was fun for 1 min. After collecting the first 20 flowers I was hoping to have received an award or what not.

Indeed lack of some sound effects. But good job anyway, you have a working game.

Was stuck in the building with the ladder at Johan, perhaps something wrong with collisions. Simple game, great mood.
