no rush, some updates:

running in administrator doesnt change anything

i can confirm that the game runs slower during the overmap/world movement, but completely fine everywere else.

i got hittite jumpscared (scary)

i am in windows 11

update here uh, no dice, still non-responsive when i press enter or space when joining the game, but i managed to get this

im not the best at translating, but it seems that 0x00007F-yadayada- referenced? memory on 0x00000000000-yadayada- but the memory cant be read

The first download i did the asset folder apparently just, vanished, so i did a fresh install, this one got to the game, where i fought a bandit (i won! Killed him with a flint knife) then i saved and quit the game.

A few hours later i tried loading the save, and it closed the application. The same happened when i tried making a new save.

I did notice that moving in the overmap screen seemed to have a very significant delay, as if my device was struggling to keep up, it may be that. Will check later.

tried out the game today, seems good but i cant load my save, or even start a new save, once i get to the game screen, and try pressing enter or space, it just closes, still the little i could play, id say it was pretty good
