Thank you so much! The vertical indicator idea is definitely going into the next version I make of this.

Thank you! I'm definitely fixing the tracking issue for the version I'm planning on releasing after the jam.

I just beat the game today, and the final boss was soo cool. I realized that the reason I like the gameplay so much is that it reminded of back when I used to play Starcraft, with you having to switch your attention between macro and micro.

I think this is my favorite gameplay system of the jam. Moving your attention back and forth between the two spaces is fun. The art is also fantastic.

Noticing that a lot of the Trash Taste adjacent people have a lot of different names and then incorporating that into a game is clever. The main mechanic was fun as well.

The narrative was really fun. All of character portraits were great, but I wish the line art was a little less crunchy. As a JRPG fan I wish it was a little more interesting mechanically, but I think the point of the game was mostly about the narrative which I can respect. Great job overall!

Fantastic aesthetic

The puzzles were fun and the pixel art is nice as well!

This pixel art is my favorite of the jam. The physics of the platforming felt incredibly good. Great job everyone!

It's funny, I was actually planning on making a 3D platformer with Connor myself before pivoting to the rhythm game idea, so I'm glad someone actually made one.

The way you control the two characters is actually quite cool

This is a pretty well made game in this genre. I liked the giant Ironmouse boss fight idea.

It's a shame this didn't make the cutoff. The pixel art is great in this one!

It was fun to finally play one of your games since they've been a fixture in Connor's community for a while now. Competently made adventure game, charming art style, and actually very funny too.

This pixel art is so good!

The pixel art for the battles are pretty fantastic. I also liked the ideas you were exploring mechanically. I think if you had a ready animation when you are holding down the key for the character it would have made the system more clear.

So basically when he reaches a shelf you want the purple lines on each side to match where the plushie is so he can collect it.

I think you really nailed this aesthetic

I love the art style of the character models

The art in this was very charming

The character portraits are sick! I always liked the pixel art for all of the characters a lot.

The art style felt very polished
