You need to start a new save to get the updated benefits. Default types will also need to be updated for the added crops to work

if your worried about that then you should open maize plus and show me where it converts alfalfa to silage? Its has to convert to grass windrow, chopped maize, crop windrow or wet grass according to maize plus. This also eliminates having to add another fill type to every silo mod
