Potato chips at Arianna's Parlour vending machine cost the same as Beef jerky with better stats. Might as well make them 2 Love coins per unit.

Imagine this, you are facing an enemy with melee damage vulnerability as well as global fire damage vulnerability(usually beast enemies have that one). Why don't you combine those two damage types in one in order to deal massive amount of damage at once? Fire engulfed baseball club or electrified fire axe and etc.

While in battle, the player could have an option to put temporary buff on their melee weapon using "Focus". It could take one turn in order to deal triple damage in the end(high risk/high reward), or you could do it instantly but the damage should be lowered.

Don't forget about addiction system to prevent restorative/medkit spam. We need some counter-balance if Finchy will ever do that.

Come to think of it, if Nanites in host's body continue to live even after his death, this opens up multiple outcomes. For example, they can turn you into undead, mummify you like those dead wolfs from Chernobyl(not sure if I can post imagery of dead animals here), or they just simply let you develop skeletosys).
Anyway, that's just food for thought and nothing more. Keep cooking what you are cooking!

I also suggest to make a custom Game Over screen. Type of early Fallout-esque with grim sfx and disturbing imagery. But I shall leave that one to your taste.

Suggestion to add WASD controls to the game.

Imagine this: Our character infiltrates some secret STCP facility but unlike in any other delve, enemies here know their ropes in containing far more serious foes than you will ever be, so this becomes high risk/high reward scenario. Before entering said location, the player should be notified that this is a dangerous territory with no save points, scarce resources and an instant death if your vitality reaches zero.

Pros:
+ More reason to improve your vitality(light agility builds seem far more superior rn)
+ Horror potential(game is atmospheric but kinda loses the feeling of desolation when you realize that 99% of enemies mean you no lethal harm whatsoever)
+ Cameo potential(same as you did with trash panda in parlour)

Cons:
- Can be a bit too fundamental(literally rewrites the concept of the immortal protagonist if that's what you are after for)
- May require some tweaks with stealth mode(right now it's press Q to win)
- Requires a lot of effort to implement(experienced players can speedrun current delves in less than 3 minutes)

Alternatively, you could try to implement the hardcore mode with a instant death rule but that doesn't change the fact that current game balancing allows you to keep your vitality at 50% with no worries of engaging in battles(unless it's a boss battle but then again if you use high agility/high evasion rate build it's no problem still).

Anyway, keep up the good work man, I'll try to follow your SubscribeStar page when I have a chance.
