I noticed it says "Redlight Slums, and Phyuying Dorimitory. Can't find those on the map. 

Can't submit completed missions to the cartel on either soldier or worker route. Going to the computer upon completing them shows only the completed assignment. Plus, can't even figure out how to complete the street worker assignment. Picking the assignment just keeps showing you to go home.
