This was my first game jam AND my first time releasing a game EVER and I am incredibly surprised by the positive response I got! The game I made is meant to be a prequel to a game I have had in the works for around a year now. I won't lie, I got pretty complacent in it's progress the closer I got to releasing the demo because I was scared of the response it would get. This hasn't completely killed that fear, but it has definitely given me more optimism! Thank you to everyone who played and/or rated my game. You will be seeing more from me as the demo for LOVESICK: FACE ME will be coming very soon! 

I really appreciate the kind words! The idea I was trying to get across was that Jude, knowing his brothers crimes, couldn't move on with his life until he knew he would no longer be able to hurt more people so he tries to get rid of him for a second chance at a guilt-free life, but I do wish I would've made that a bit more prominant to the plot. I'm glad you still enjoyed the game though! The game that follows this one is in the making with a demo coming soon! The trailer is on my tiktok if you're interested! @splatterrat

The point I was trying to get across was that you the player (Jude) are trying to get rid of Arlo to have a normal guilt free life knowing his crimes (his death being the opportunity for a second chance), but looking back at it I do agree I could've focused on that a little more to make it more clear.
