Thank you so much! I’m glad you liked it!

I'd recommend giving it enough Guard and armor that it can survive at least one round of four average knights whaling on it. (Average knights deal around 5.5 damage.) As is, it would probably die from 3-4 regular attacks. Maybe give it more guard and a point of armor? (Could have scales or slippery skin).

That would allow it to survive five regular attacks on average. You could also give it some form of conditional immortality, like can only be harmed by someone who can out-fiddle him, or can only be harmed by his betrothed. As for damage, it looks good to me. 2d10 has almost 50% odds to critical wound a knight if it bolsters, which feels suitably climactic for a boss fight.

A tale as old as time. Song as old as rhyme.

These knights are beautifully crafted! They really feel like they'd fit alongside the ones from the book.

Ooh this one is SO so good. That site is truly incredible. The feelings of the Mother and that orphanage are so deliciously complex.  I absolutely need to run this asap.

This is such a cool submission! It's simple but effective. I like the feeling of the exploration and the implied story. That haunted ring I especially like.

I'm infatuated with the creativity of the heron's blessings. Who has two pierced ears and a large, well-cared for family? This guuyyyy!

These are some really cool myths! Each is fiercely imaginative. I think I'd love to run "The Titan" and then use Jotunrift as the answer to what realm exists now in the hole where the titan was!

I love how imaginative each of the omens are! It feels very mythic. Like a voyage of Sinbad, Odysseus, or The Dawn Treader.

I so love these holier-than-thou (literally) jerks. You did a great job making the abilities feel subtly different, more divine. The unnamed gods instead of seers was a great touch, as was changing the oath that they swear. All so creative!

Man this is such a cool idea. It's like the system from Shadows Over Mordor where minions become cool npcs and antagonists! This is another modular tool that I just HAVE to try.

This is such a cool idea! I like the idea of the different storytellers coming together. Feels like Canterbury Tales or a Sandman comic. I'll have to try this sometime!

This really feels like a natural expansion of Mythic Bastionland. Every new tool fits perfectly into the setting, like it was always made to be there. While I do love using hags as monsters, these ones feel like they fit perfectly with the seers. Well done on this.

These knights have such delicious flavor! The drowned knight's ability is a pretty cool and distinct one, but the way its worded gives it such a unique feeling. Mother ocean has abandoned me! I love it. And the other one is Hans my Hedgehog! That's my boy! I first heard him from Jim Henson's Storyteller and I love the bizzare maximalist fairy tale whimsy of him. He's a hedgehog on a rooster with bagpipes. What's not to love? (That question being pointedly asked to his mother.)

What a fantastic idea this is. I always love a unique alternative to knights as players and this one fits so phenomenally well in the setting. The ability for each apprentice to have their own special knowledge just like the seers was a really good touch.

This has such a tremendous feel to it. I adore how those tables and the phenomenal layout create a distinct atmosphere.

This is going to be one of the all-time greats of mythic Bastionland content. The moment you read that page describing “the fall” you know you’re in for something special. Such a quality one shot realm that I can whip out at a party and have a great night. Also the realm itself being the carcass of a giant made out of sky? Brilliant. The exact kind of whimsy I’m into.

I think the art of this one is my favorite of all the submissions. When I read the dove knight from the book I’m like “huh. Interesting.” Then when I see its art I’m like “damn I so want to be them.” That’s what your art does too. I WANT to be that knight sinking into the water or that knight reforming from mulched remains. It makes the fantasy come alive and take root in me.

This submission is utterly incredible. Perhaps my favorite of the bunch. I wasn’t expecting someone to create a whole new ttrpg with Mythic Bastionland as its bones in the same way that Mythic Bastionland did with Electric Bastionland and Into The Odd, but that’s what this is! The flavor and setting are extraordinary, the combat is unique, and the layout is gorgeous. When I realized that the Samurai I was reading about were basically Vampires, my jaw dropped. Subtle and brilliant.

I’d love for mine to be included! https://itch.io/jam/mythic-bastionland-jam/rate/3813791
