Make sure the game is properly unzipped. maybe try using 7zip. Otherwise, are you getting some kind of error message? Does anything at all happen when you try to run the game ?

Currently the preview video is hosted on Pornhub. Pornhub may have some annoying popup ads but not any viruses. I'll probably change the hosting though.
