Warning, huge ahhh goofy wall of text
Hello there, Mr. Sauceman! I have a question (and sorry if someone's already asked this), but there is a game called Project Arrhythmia, being a bullet-hell rhythm game made by vitamin games (found in this link ( https://store.steampowered.com/app/440310/Project_Arrhythmia/ )and the game has a custom level creator, where people make their own levels 'n stuff with music. The catch is that all music must have prove-able consent in order to be used. (pretty much just a go-ahead type thing) So the question that I am asking is if the community may use songs composed by you? (thank you for the consideration either way, regardless of the response)
some notes to this:
-I'm just a player, and creator of custom levels, and am not affiliated with Vitamin Games in any way, nor am I a representative of them.
-Since the level is not made by Vitamin Games, it does not make any form of profit, nor is/will ever be used for commercial purposes. BUT the base game itself does have to be bought to play/create any custom levels
-You can permit all your songs, some listed songs, or none at all. Usually people will not ask for you to permit remixed songs/ songs made exclusively for other games/projects so third party legal issues aren't sparked (in this case, of course I have no clue what would happen with Pizza Tower's OSTs, so even if you gave the okay, I would still go and try to check if everything is okay with Tour de Pizza)
-Anyone who has the game can download levels created by others, and use the songs used by others (so pretty much, any allowed song is useable by everyone. so I understand fully if you disallow any)
-Credit to you, song title, your internet name, and a link to where they can find that song, and more must always be provided, and visible in every level description
-Some youtubers/ twitch streamers might stream levels made with your music, so it would not be a very good thing if songs used get their videos copyright stricken, or claimed. Please let me know if this is a possibility, or not.
If you have any further questions, please contact the big game dev, lily@vitamin.games / Discord: lily#1234, or just reply to this, and I will ask them as well.
I am so sorry for the huge wall of text, but thank you very much for reading in, I hope to hear from you not in just replying to this message, but I hope to hear more of your future music because I love the stuff you make.
Once again, thank you for considering this, and reading
