So as far as I can tell this game doesn't function. It seems to lock up when you have the choice of how to deal with the officer. Additionally some of the options such as poisoning the water just don't seem to be available even when you meet the conditions.
Sound reasonable overall. I definitely think you should be comfortable charging for what is clearly a solid amount of effort on your part. I'm looking forward to the next update.
