Right after you set resolution your mouse will only move in the area it had in the old setting until you restart the game.

Just use your cursor keys to go to quit and launch the game again. Everything should work just fine then.

(Make sure that your run both Nolf.exe and Lithtech.exe as administrator to be able to save settings)

You should check your startup.txt file, sounds like the file nolfgoty.rez could be missing from there. This is the file that contains the extra missions.

This is the order it should load in:

[Rez]
Rez0 = "nolf"
Rez1 = "nolf.rez"
Rez2 = "nolf2.rez"
Rez3 = "nolfdll.rez"
Rez4 = "nolfl.rez"
Rez5 = "nolfu003.rez"
Rez6 = "nolfc001.rez"
Rez7 = "nolfc002.rez"
Rez8 = "nolfgoty.rez"
Rez9 = "Custom\MODERNIZER.REZ"

Note: if you're using Nolf revival version you should rename or remove WidescreenGOTY.rez from your game folder. Their version of Nolf.exe has instructions to load this file coded into it. This may override some files in Modernizer.

You probably run with more than 60fps, this can make cate move real slow (especially when crouching). You can limit fps ingame by going into Options -> Experimental Settings and set 'Unlock Framerate' to 'No'

Make sure that both Nolf2.exe and Lithtech.exe runs with administrator privileges, settings will not be saved otherwise.

____

To run the game without the launcher, pass all needed arguments directly to lithtech.exe:

lithtech.exe -windowtitle "No One Lives Forever 2" -rez Custom\Resources\Nolf2_custom_jan_19.REZ -rez GAME.rez -rez GAME2.rez -rez GAMEdll.rez -rez Sound.rez -rez GAMEl.rez -rez custom -rez GAMEp.rez -rez GAMEp2.rez -rez MapPack001.rez -rez MapPack002.rez -rez Update_v1x3.rez  -rez Custom\Mods\Modernizer\Modernizer.REZ

You can also add settings to this string such as:

+DisableMusic 1

You'll find the full string stored by the launcher in launchcmds.txt

It probably means the you don't have the FPS limit function on

(Menu -> Options -> Interface -> Lock Framerate)

You can experience a lot of weird issues if you don't lock nolf to 60 fps

Lots of familiar names there for sure.. Been sniped by TP555 more than I like to admit :P Would be fun to play a few rounds again. CJ was my favorite multiplayer in the nolf series

And what other nolf game had jetpacks :D
