In a world once full of laughter and light,
I stand alone, the last one in sight.
The streets are empty, the buildings are bare,
But I carry on, with hope and with care.
I remember the days when the world was alive,
With people and places, so much to strive.
But now it's just me, left to carry the weight,
Of memories and dreams, of love and of hate.
I walk through the ruins, the echoes of the past,
Hoping that somehow, this won't be the last.
I plant seeds of hope in the barren ground,
Praying that one day, new life will be found.
So I'll keep on going, with courage and grace,
