Is there any way to fix it or is my save softlocked?

Bug: Transferring save between website and itch io version stops me from putting any trait into storage, can still take out traita you are allowed to, but bc of this stuck on 1 tf and can't switch 

If you mean the meter at the top when talking to npcs, you have to do specific conversation choices,just think which options.would you like someone to say. Gifts are the fastest way for most characters and the ring is considered a perfect gift (so more points) for a very high amount of npcs.

Not sure if it is a -ve trait or not, if +ve then storage otherwise trade to a npc, keep note and trade back afterwards, best a npc who is consistently in a area you know. Also if you have the patience to search through stealing for ages its probably the easiest Way to get unlucky

Trusting is one they have on the wiki on how to get it, easiest is to just steal it, try get a trait scanner when it happens and then you can see if someone has it instead of guessing.

No only 1 transformation at a time, btw later you might get cog which says it is a tf in the achievement but isn't.

Are you able to tell us how rare is the strange man event as secretary for the altar?

 Also is the bunny shrine randomised clues asw? All I can't find is the dust settles clue rn.
