Sorry I made this back when I was just learning Unreal Engine for the first time, so it's a bit buggy and not the best implementation. I do hope to go back to this project in the future though to make a better version. If you're looking for a way to make your own portals though, Sebastian Lague did a video on the topic more recently in Unity and he provides a link to the project via git hub. Here is the video:
