Really solid foundation of a nice game, kind of like Subway Surfer — the visuals are visually appealing; background art has enough variation. The music is also great, especially that acoustic guitar riff in the main menu.

Core gameplay loop becomes repetitive quickly. The level design heavily relies on the same obstacle pattern: a log on the right, and two cubes in the center and left — with the leftmost cube always having a coin underneath. This setup becomes predictable fast, and worse, the coin under the left cube seems impossible to collect due to its placemen → feels more frustrating than rewarding :(

To improve this, you could maybe introduce more randomness in object placement (even within reserved lanes), vary obstacle types or just reskins with similar hitboxes, and add some new mechanics like powerups. Gradually increasing the game speed and syncing it with the music would also boost intensity in a good way. Remember piano tales...

There’s also a noticeable bug: after a series of quick jumps, the player can end up above all hitboxes and essentially "float" over the level.

Overall, very great potential, relaxing music and calming visuals, but repetitive structure and some polish issues still present

Actually, the eyeball stops when the distance between him and the player exceeds 35m+-. The Wendigo one chases you always, true. It stops only when you look at him directly

It's literally alpha version of my very best lovely games of all time: https://store.steampowered.com/app/2000770/Ballance/ . Great idea, just fix camera shaking, add textures and sfx for rolling — it will be nice.

Мем ребят смотрите я черешня, повешенный богатырь. 2025 ...

I'd like to test the game as I did 3D PSX-like horror as well, but could you build it for Mac?

Nice idea, honestly.

But, as for now, I can run off the level and never return. And for some reason I couldn't jump to the second platform due to some collider issues, I guess.

However, if make gravity higher (so we fall faster), adding particles and effects to the shots would be decent. Especially if change the level a bit to include sort of vertical platforms as well. Sound also lacks a lot to me :( Ricocheting is a nice feature, but it seems to be sort of endless—maybe add fade out for it or changing directions randomly?

Do you think to add crouch to the player? Also, I guess the game would benefit from some animations and melee damage, maybe.

As said, hard to rate an empty game now if you don't see it fully developed yet, but I believe that it might be interesting to play with a friend. It gives me vibes of PocketTanks. Maybe you will find it useful as a reference for weapons or level destruction (if you have time) <3

Level Design:

  • Game feels very empty. You have no purpose (as in life) and now introduction.
  • I like that a map is big and you have places to hide and climb.

Issues/Bugs:

  • Chickens don't die when they explode. If you stay still, it will continue to explode endlessly, I guess.
  • Also, no sound at all except of sound for blaster and steps. Consider adding SFX for chickens.
  • Lack of textures makes me feel upset :(
  • Running speed is way too fast.

Overall design and feel:

  • After some time you are just bored of shooting chickens and start to running on Shift like a crazy man. I can see this as a nice slasher like DOOM or at least Serious Sam if you add more enemies.

Look interesting, but game very really lacks the sound of landing and drone flying. Also, textures are distracting from the game, but the overall design is clear and nice.

Camera definitely should be further. Also worth adding some indicator to the direction of the next block to land, maybe. As said earlier, you have to land perfectly to the box for it to color it yellow.

But yeah: sound + drone texture + camera further + some better HUD - and it's a nice game!

Awesome style, I like it. Cow is a masterpiece. Drawings are very very nice, animations smooth. But the game logic seems a bit strange to me as you are but item and usually sell it with a lower amount of money than you spend, so you either have to stack items or end up without money. Maybe increase the starting amount of money to spend? As every good businessperson, you will lose until you finally start to gain...

When you buy 299 Spartans and place it on top, it "explodes"—however, by description only items above it should be exploded, not the item itself. Kind of lack of SFX for item pickup and sell to the cow. BTW, cow really gives me vibes of Kingseeker Frampt from DS1.

So, very nice. I would buy if you add more scenes, and maybe the ability to craft or to bargain. <3

Absolute cinema, the best game ever created. Hope it will be released on iPod shuffle...

A few glitches like bad colliders and strangely working spatial audio were presented, but otherwise gameplay is fire!
