after the introduction when I try to talk to jade and hit return I get stuck in an infinite loop of hitting return. I mean it plays the animation but it just brings her back and I can't leave. any advice?

I was trying to play while watching a video and everything was just gone. I refreshed it, nothing happened. I reopened it, nothing. but when I refreshed it, I got a weird pop up(the photo) and I didn't understand what it meant. so if I could get any help that'd be nice.
