Thank you so much for such a detailed review!!! Unfortunately, I have temporarily suspended support for the game because I am already busy with another project :(
Unfortunately, the problem with this project is that if I want to do something, it breaks what I have already done >_< (for example, teleportation through the E key instead of just touching it)
Thank you, I'm glad to hear that!!! Unfortunately, as much as I don't want anything better for this game, it will still be easier for me to create a new one than to shovel the old one ( I think I'll leave the project in its current state and start a new one with a larger goal. I hope for your understanding! I'm starting to make a new game that will be much more interesting than the old one!!!)
Cool graphics! But the game have drawbacks
1) animations - i haven't managed to understand anything yet, and monkeys are already running at me (i just started and didn't have time to read what to do)
2) as i understand it, does the fighter's size system affect damage and HP? If that' the case, then it's more noticeable in monkeys than in bananas)
I've read your post and i understand the reasons the problems, but i'd rather tell them honestly)
i'm sorry if i sounded rude >_<
Game a cool and funny, but i want to tell about the problems
Thanks! Yes, the first room is always the same, especially to show all the basic mechanics of the game. The difficulty only affects the speed of the wave. And absolutely all bananas are available ;) you just need to take a little risk)))
I will think about implementing these ideas and, perhaps, add another level of complexity and a static generation mode with have the end.
Oh, and by the way, the wave can't lag behind the player by more than 1 screen)))
