So a few things. The concept of the game is great, picking up sand in order to progress is something I can greatly enjoy, but what can help is a little bit more conveyance. Before I knew the Hourglass was the yellow triangle floating above with a timer, I had just speed-ran through the game until I reached the top, and even then I was late by ONE SECOND. Safe to say I got frustrated a bit, until reading through this submission page where I discover the yellow triangle is actually an hour-glass. "No way!" I thought to myself, but after doing a test it was indeed an hour glass which made the game significantly easier. Another example of this is picking up sand and placing it, I didn't know if I was holding a sand block or not and the only way to know is by spending a couple of seconds to press the spacebar in a safe space. So yeah, I think your game has a conveyance problem, but I do like the concept of digging the sand. Would love to see something come out of this.

TL:DR;

- Didn't know the triangle was an hour glass

- You never know if the player is carrying a sand block until it's too late

- Gameplay and Concept is great and would like to see it fleshed out

I got my camel butt caught in the rocks. Hope the Poachers had a good day.

Still a fun game.

I'M BACK!

I can really tell that this was a Derndeff game as well by the looks of the Title menu and the gameplay itself. Personally i didn't play any SCP 087 games, but iId this is the scariest to me. really did some unique stuff here.

Let me say that this game is way more scarier than I thought. Was playing this game for research for the video, and i gotta say, props to you. anyways imma keep working on it.

Thanks!

Yeah absolutely. I'm still making the script on the video so I'd be glad to ask you questions if needed. I didn't really expect you to reply, so it's appreciated.

Thoughts on having a video "Essay" on your game?
