The only issue I have seen with it is with older saves - we recommend starting a new save file, we included an xp boost in the forest hub that takes you to level 10 so you don't have to spend time grinding to experience the new scenes. 
So make a new save and you should be all set!

Every patch cycle refreshes the cost unfortunately, but at some point, we do have plans to release it on Steam and here as a one time purchase, as well on the Patreon. We intend on making more games in the future, but we appreciate your early support - and for now, it is a monthly update cycle that renews the cost, similar to how Patreon works. 

Yes so the Patreon version includes the Bee girl and Mushroom girl for this patch, most of what's missing in the free version is those images which makes it smaller. The images are a few megabytes each so that takes up a bit of space. And you're welcome for the golf swing, I didn't want things to be too hard to get all the scenes. The pick who you fight thing is a good idea that I'll bring up to the other developer, that could be pretty good, as RNG is something I don't want too much of in the game. Orc is meant to be a tough fight, but we do intend on adding some scenes for her when she grapples in the future. 
And yeah, lust just makes things do more damage, and a surrender option at full lust would actually be a good idea so thank you for that! We appreciate the feedback here, we're trying our best to make the game a lot better, and this definitely helps to improve the experience. Thanks again!
