there seems to be a bug when you have to ask Stephanie for help for Lilly, I did it but the prompt to give the medicine to Lilly never shows up.

you'll have to finish their questline, go to the quad parties and raise party popularity

I will soon add another update, during this day, including a save option. - edit: I did it, you can now save.
