Make sure you followed the install instructions. The mod itself uses the mod loader for SMB1R, which requires placing the mod .zip file (the file named someoneuknow9097-SMB1R_WG.zip, not Mod.zip) into a “mods” folder where the SMB1R executable is. After installing that, then you can use the weight gain system with the custom characters provided.
