Hey hey!! Yes! You have it right, it would be for the conversations table and it would be a permanent modifier! Aw, I am so glad! I have some plans to keep developing the story around this little world too :D

Yes, you got it right! You choose which location to visit and then you roll for the rumors. I also added numbers to the locations too for the map, it's more just for the visual...

And yes on the modifier, they are cumulative!

Also, thank you for the suggestions! That would be cool to format it like a booklet :) Yes, I was thinking of having another table for the Rumors vs. the NPCs, but I wasn't sure if that would be too many tables? So then, I combined the 2. I could think about that more. 

I do also thinking a having more choice would be good! One of my friends suggested something like, "If you have *name of clue*, then you can..." followed up by choice A or B. I know, that would complicate it more... BUT, I am open to your suggestions! 

The idea of Alby doing something is interesting! Maybe if after collecting the 3rd clue, he does something... I'd love to explore that more.
