I'm having an issue where after a random amount of time, I can no longer walk at a normal pace. I wait for my sprint meter to fully recover and I can still run, but whenever I try to just walk it has me moving at an unbearably slow speed. Anyone else having this issue?

My save file crashes the game and I don' want to restart as I was hours into gameplay. Is there any way to roll back or determine why my save file no longer works? I don't have any auto saves or other saves I could roll back to.
