Help me balance items!

What stats are too easy to increase?
Which ones are difficult to increase?
Are there too many items focused on any stats (positive or negative)?
Do any of the stats feel like they don't have a big enough impact?
Are there any items that you would never pass up on?
Are there any items that you would never consider using?

Thanks for the feedback! I have one thing I wanted to fix this week, then I was planning to start working on new enemies.

Thanks for the feedback! I was fixing some bugs, and I added a little more time to react and made the fish bite a bit faster after approaching the lure.
