To make a game you can use may apps like Godot, but if your beginner I recommend using scratch
how to use (scratch):
go to https://scratch.mit.edu/ then go to top corner hit join scratch this is so your progress saves.
next after signing in hit create then make your game if you confused go to https://youtube.com/ and look for a video to help you learn how to
code with scratch.
next after your game is done hit see project page in top and then you can set description but you'll do that later for the jam.
next share the game in top there will be a yellow -orange thing that says share but confirm account first so, you go to mail on Device and look for a email that says to confirm or if you're young ask parent to on there mail.
link of the page of your scratch game then paste in and a number will appear in box then hit package the fill out the questions for name description (not needed) and other then hit package at very bottom and it will be in top right in circle with arrow.
next go to submit in in this jam and scroll down hit add new project then fill out that add description needed name and more then upload project when you tp upload look in downloads and double click the hit publish then go to submit in this jam and at top of popup box hit submit pre-made game select your game and then yay wait too se if you win!!!
