For some reason whenever I install it with FBI it doesn’t show up in the Home Screen? Is this a known issue or is this some sorta ultra rare issue that somehow only I have? (If it helps I attempted to install this with a New Nintendo 3DS XL)

Unfortunately I cannot because I do have a Mac but I don’t have a dev subscription etc yet so I am unable to at the moment.

YOU NEED TO DOWNLOAD THE FILE AND DOUBLE CLICK THE FILE IN YOU COMPUTER FILES AND IT WILL START AND PRESS START
